These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in the Showcase Carwash Monthly Club (“Membership”) offered by Showcase Carwash (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Membership Overview

Membership provides unlimited standard car washes for one vehicle, identified by license plate number, per month.

License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology is used to validate membership and authorize washes.

Memberships are valid only for the vehicle registered at the time of enrollment. Any changes to a vehicle must be reported and approved.

Each month the membership is automatically renewed. The automatic recharge authorization will remain in effect until the membership is canceled.

You may cancel at any time by visiting Showcase Carwash or by sending a cancellation request to info@showcasecarwash.com.

 

2. Membership Plans

Showcase Carwash offers three levels of monthly membership:

Blockbuster Membership – $32 per month

Premier Membership – $24 per month

Classic Membership – $16 per month

3. Billing & Payment

Memberships are billed automatically on the same calendar day each month based on your original sign-up date.

Charges will be made to the credit or debit card provided at enrollment.

If your billing date falls on a day not present in a particular month (e.g., February 30th), you will be billed on the last day of that month.

No refunds or partial credits are given for unused services or mid-cycle cancellations.

 

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by visiting Showcase Carwash or by sending a cancellation request to info@showcasecarwash.com.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Once canceled, access to membership benefits will continue until Showcase Carwash Monthly Club Membership Terms & Conditions

 

5. Vehicle & Usage Limitations

Membership is valid only for the registered vehicle. Each membership is tied to one license plate only.

Attempting to use the membership on a different vehicle or with altered plates may result in cancellation.

Membership may be used once per day per vehicle.

Excessive or abusive use, including commercial fleet vehicles not enrolled in a separate commercial plan, may result in termination of the membership.

 

6. Changes to Terms and Pricing
Showcase Carwash reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership program, features, pricing, or these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or posted at the location or website.
Continued use of the Membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Privacy and Data Use
LPR technology captures your vehicle’s license plate for membership validation purposes only.
We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal data or vehicle information except as required by law or for essential business operations.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Showcase Carwash is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by user negligence, or vehicles with non-factory modifications.
The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the availability or quality of services during inclement weather, maintenance, or equipment downtime.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
